HALO Laser Skin Resurfacing

Sun exposure promotes photodamage which leads to pigment changes, texture changes, and loss of resilience in the skin. Visible signs of photodamage include chronic redness, freckles, wrinkles, and more. 

Laser Skin Resurfacing: Offered by Sciton through the HALO Hybrid Fractional Laser at Nové. HALO is the world’s first and only hybrid fractional laser. It delivers both non-ablative and ablative wavelengths to the same or different microscopic treatment zone. This allows customization of the treatment to each individual clients needs to achieve beautiful results, without the typical lengthy laser treatment down time.

HALO addresses:

• wrinkles and fine lines
• sun damage
• skin resurfacing (texture)
• scar revision including acne scars
• pigmented lesions
• improved appearance of enlarged pores
• actinic keratosis. 

Clients are left with beautiful, glowing skin after just 1 treatment. For optimal results, HALO should be done in combination with BBL unless BBL is contraindicated. Best results are achieved with two HALO/BBL treatments done 60 days apart. Thereafter, it is recommended as an annual treatment to maintain your results. Clients can typically expect 7 days of "downtime" or recovery where the skin is red and healing after the treatment.

HALO laser treatments require a consultation prior to initial treatment to review client goals, make sure the client is a good candidate, develop a customized treatment plan, ensure proper devices settings, and discuss pre and post treatment protocols.
